Junebug Bass Club is a Virginia Bass Club affiliated with Region 6 of the Virginia BASS Federation Nation. The purpose of the club is to gain knowledge of bass fishing and to advance fishing and tournament strategies. Membership is limited to 18 members and tournaments are held once or twice a month at waters across the state. Both boaters and co-anglers participate in tournaments and guests are allowed twice a year per member.
The Top 2 point finishers from the club advance to the following season's Mr.Bass Championship, as a boater and a co-angler. The top six finishers advance to the following year's Chapter Team Tournament; with the top three finishers competing as boaters, and the remaining three drawing as co-anglers.


Throughout each year, the VA BASS Federation holds tournaments across the state open to all club members. Top finishers are rewarded with day money as well as points that advance top anglers from the season to State and Regional Championship Tournaments, and eventually to the Bassmaster Classic.


For 2008, New officials are elected. Don Warren as President, Jeff Salmon as Vice President, Chris Merritt as Secretary/Treasurer, Scott Mozingo and Brandon Jones as Weighmasters, and Reed Haubert and Scott Bradbury as Timekeepers.
